What a clown show US politics is
8
@yurichtube1162 not even a little, but nice try.
8
@sensi6457 are you really this uninformed?
8
@jjmail1971 lol whaaa?
8
Aw shit. It never ends.
8
When explanations are so confusing or "complicated" that you can't connect the dots, you are probably being lied to.
7
The trick will be mitigating the atrocities the empire will commit as it dies.
7
@sandrocoronado9780 I don't think that was the point.
7
Don't forget the Pentagon budget does NOT include the VA, the nuclear weapons program, or the alphabet agencies like the CIA.
7
I hear he will succeed Zelensky as president of Ukraine.
7
Frankly, I find him disappointing. More of a liberal than anything.
7
Great job owning those tools!
7
Considering the electorate, I wouldn't rule it out.
7
If we continue to enjoy the ill-gotten gains of our ancestors without attempting to give redress to their victims, we fail to balance the scales and are thereby complicit.
7
Has the time finally come for China, Russia, the global south, and all other sovereign nations to impose sweeping sanctions against the United States, shut down it's economy, and effect much needed regime change to set in motion a peaceful, cooperative world order that benefits the well-being of humanity and the planet?
6
@Sam-ip6co the parts that went over your head, apparently
6
The empire is going to do terrible damage as it dies.
6
@raaid85 exactly. Their early Ukraine coverage was terrible and they got a lot of pushback from viewers and now they sometimes allow guests to express anti-war ideas. But it's still not great. 😯
6
With literally zero coverage by the mainstream western press.
6
And especially Allende
6
Navy seals broke the pipeline.
6
Now he's kissing Venezuela's ass
6
@M Magnificat not a flaw in logic. Regardless, when 90% of your trade is petroleum based, you can't just "restructure your economy," as evidenced by how hard hit Venezuela was.
6
Also hilarious the guy using Modi as the example of BRICS country that is not autocratic.
6
Thank you for bringing this otherwise unavailable information to us in the United States, the most propagandized people on earth.
6
"Religious values" is an oxymoron
6
Lol great job as always, Ben
6
You could've just said "capitalism."
6
Lol. That's like the Klan hoping David Duke doesn't screw up and give them a bad name.
6
Excellent point
5
Yes. Brilliant!
5
Shell oil is dutch. BP is British.
5
@bluecollarred6912 my point was just that perhaps the Ukrainian people themselves are opposed to the war but we don't get to hear about it
5
@JohnT.4321 PSL is actively seeking ballot access using the best available strategies. They are the candidates in my state, south Carolina, under the SC workers party.
5
@Brianbeesandbikes why are you lecturing me for saying Borrell's speech was evil? It is blatantly racist and imperialist.
5
@e-magineerAllThings it all leads to the same place. Just different points on the trajectory.
5
No one perspective ever is. But he's not wrong either.
4
@carldrogo9492 no I'm not. for me, left means socialism. I'm not using the term in the sense of oh they are to the left of Mussolini. Neither program has ever been socialist as long as I have watched. Both of them often strongly push points of view that are associated with the right.
4
Palestinians are in a concentration camp, UNLIKE uyghurs in xinjiang. @SGN30
4
And the Spanish American war, possibly the first of such subterfuges.
4
Europe has many beautiful and fascinating aspects. Imperialism is not one of them. If only it can reject imperialism and capitalism, the rest is worth preserving.
4
@attilaszekeres7435 fascism and communism are not similar, not even close. Under fascism the individual serves the state. Under communism, the state serves the people. This is evident in socialist countries like China and Cuba, where direct democratic action and public opinion drive government policy, unlike in Western "democracies." This is also evident in not just the stated goals of China and Cuba, which are people (not state) focused, but the actual policies and progress made. Communism has not yet been achieved, primarily because it is under constant attack by capitalist-imperialist powers.
4
"Irregular war" just means terrorism.
4
The empire tries to hide its failures.
4
Buenos dias Ben.
4
@fun_ghoul The empire will not die before inflicting terrible atrocities on the world.
4
The language of all these neocons is such disgusting propaganda. Every effort of other nations to exercise their sovereignty and engage in free trade is called a "threat" and every act of war by the United States is in furtherance of "democracy" and freedom from foreign "dependence."
3
Yea not
3
Certainly in my top 5. The best on economics for sure.
