  1. It's an urban warfare training facility to be operated in cooperation with, among others , Israeli police. Quite literally training for military attacks on u.s. cities to treat American citizens like Israel treats Palestinians. It will cost at least $50 million. The city had previously approved the area for a park and green space. In the public hearing before the council vote, only 2 of 500 voters spoke in favor of the cop city project. Then the council approved it any way.
