  2. 10:21 Why state who make contract no send inspectors there when they build apartment houses. Why not make thos builder corporations penalties or even put jail . After that maybe aparment prices 10-20% get higer but then You are elevators and finished apartments and buildings + builder get more salary 30 % + builder corporation get higher category builders (workers)
