I think if there some one worh two places and make more then 40 h/week / 168 h /month then minimum paid vacation must be 21 days + over working each day = 30minutes paid vacation = like 48 week = extra + 30minutes = 53 weeks = 270 h ! if more then more.= 11,5 days extra paid vacation = 21+ 11,5 = 32,5 days
