  1. Yes tips are in Europa not must pay. Usual cultur is ca 50% customers no pay tip 33% customers pay tip 1-5 % ; 10% customers pay 6-10 % tips ; 5 % customers pay 11- 16 % tips and only 2 % customers pay more then 17 % tips ..usual 20-25 %. 30 % is very rare tip.
