In Estonia they make video on emergency car/ van and make by that ticket at 400 until 5000 euro ( 430 - 5350 USD) . and if that is fourth time in one year then even taken driver licence to keep police satation 3until 9 months or but driver jail 3 - 30 days.

  4. 04:36 First right lane in estonia must turn right even use walk wy if no more option same is if like that one direction street then left lane cars same use walkway and last if intersection and midel lane then if red trafic light and bihind ambulance ..You must drive to crosswalk and turn right side ( right lane ) to let trhu that ambulance van. Yes even this hughe traffic jam = no stop / block ambulance ..even have too much cars.
