  1. Left a year ago to live in North Spain (retired) - awesome culture, food, wine, weahter, low costs, etc

  2. only easier to buy in 70s 80s if you had a job - 10% unemployment. Culture in Europe is better than the UK. Used to live near London ( expensive) and roads normally jammed. In Spain the roads are very good and free of traffic.
