In every case, the doctor screwed up and then blamed the law (the SAME law that gave them full authority to determine that a medically necessary ITOP was in order and to perform it). In Texas, 119 medically necessary ITOPs have been performed since Dobbs and ZERO mothers and ZERO doctors have been charged with any crime or sued.
