"It's obvious race was the real issue..." -- You're right, but not for the reason you think. Racism had been steadily fading away in America since the late 1950s, to the point where the KKK had essentially ceased to exist and we elected a mixed-race President (TWICE!). Unfortunately, certain "progressive elements" badly wanted it to exist in order to buttress their incorrect views of reality and justify their meaningless, wasted lives, so they created racism where none existed, even to the extent of faking numerous so-called "hate crimes" like the poop swastika, hijab-yanking, and other things that never happened. The term has been so abused and over-used in order to silence differing opinions that hardly anyone can take such accusations seriously now (like this very incident, in which one of the most liberal corporations in America has become the target of an absurd allegation by obvious political opportunists). When will you snap out of it and realize that people who never shut up about race ARE the real racists?
