  1. It sounds like you had terrible representation. Instead of the ADA, they should have sued under the Fair Housing Act, which includes phrasing loose enough to encompass the unfair actions of an HOA.

  2. Gated communities are GREAT - especially if you're tired of your home being broken into, vandalized, and burgled by strangers and would rather be victimized by your neighbors' waterhead children.
