  1. Great presentation! I have some weird dietary restrictions. No red meat, no dairy, no caffeine, no fats, and NO ALLERGIES. I have a different medical issue, and I'll happily eat all the gluten and carbs you can send me, preferably in 55-gallon barrels because bread is awesome! I can always find something on a menu that's both appropriate and delicious. I can tolerate incidental amounts and don't have to claim special nonsense that pisses off the staff and gets me served a "spitter."
