  6.  @MonkDarkfyre  There are exercises for mobility-impaired people. Can you swim? Can you do sit-ups? Can you do isometric exercises? Find a PT on the staff who can help you develop a plan that works for you.

  7.  @dennis2376  Thank you for answering. However, the word "everyone" does NOT appear anywhere in my comment, so I am once again confused. I find it difficult to comprehend that you couldn't do some basic isometric exercises. Do you know what that is? An isometric exercise is an exercise involving the static contraction of a muscle without any visible movement in the angle of the joint. For example, it could be as simple as repetitive flexing or pressing your hands together and using one arm to push while resisting with the other. It can be done while sitting or even prone. Consult your PT, they could help.
