What DID change the outcome was the hilariously obvious smear campaign against the incumbent President by the butt-hurt MSM and the blatant censorship of any positive counterarguments about him and any negative facts about the Democrat challenger by literally EVERY Silicon Valley oligarch and social media site. The ironic truth is that every talentless hack pundit wailing about foreign election interference was, himself/herself/itself, guilty of election interference. Congratulations, crazy Lefties.   2.  @nadia0701  The correct answer is NEVER. Trump has NEVER declared bankruptcy. Several of the companies that he created have, as have hundreds of thousands of other companies that continued doing business afterwards (which is kind of the point). Bankruptcy protection is available to ANYONE.
