  4.  @francesreed2203  They dropped to 6th as of March 2022. The most productive people and companies are fleeing due to overregulation and excessive (and ineffective) taxation. You're welcome to stay there with the largest illegal immigrant population in the USA, 28% of the nation's entire homeless population, and the 70,000+ violent felons about to be unleashed on you.
