  1. So many mistakes. First, you said "highways" but you seem to be focused solely on INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS. Those things are not always the same thing. Second, have you somehow never heard of the I-69 project? Third, ALL of Texas 130 was constructed within the past 15 years and it is entirely a new-terrain expressway. Very poor research. No like, no sub. Get your Sh*t together.

  2. It was already a freeway, they just re-signed it from US 190 to I-14. There are dozens of better examples in Texas alone.
