I hope you will make time to come visit Texas, try out our German restaurants (among the other 347,292 cuisine options here), and offer your opinions about them. I've eaten at numerous German restaurants in New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, and Dallas over the last 40 years and have NEVER been disappointed. While you're here, you should also spend a day at the original Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels. It's the hottest coolest time in Texas! 😎
