  2. True. They're also called "Fly-in neighborhoods" in some of their ads/marketing materials. There are at least two within ten miles of my central Texas home. In Lakeway (near Austin) you can own a house on a golf course, the waterfront, or the airstrip. There are also small communities in remote places like the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho that you can only access by aircraft (unless you want to spend 4 days getting there and getting out on a river raft, which is a VERY limited window of opportunity). I floated past one back in the 80s and it was amazing. Gorgeous scenery. Few neighbors.

  4. Only primates can smile. Most other animals express emotion via body language, vocalization, or both. The dog was either panting or its jaw relaxed because of exhaustion. Sorry to burst your bubble.
