These do exist but most often are just excuses and deflection. PCOS is a five-star favorite excuse among the gravitationally challenged, but part of the recommended treatment regimen is dietary modification/maintenance. Not every woman who suffers from this gains weight. Some of them listen to their doctors and pay attention to their diets. The ones who do not blame it on the condition which, in itself, contributes NO calories.
