Even the unprecedentedly powerful Robert "Bob the Builder" Moses got himself forced out of power after too many screw-ups and scandals became public, and he was a genius (debatably an evil genius). Drink-slinger Occasional Cortex is NOTHING to the machine that turned the mighty Moses into a has-been!
