  1. Over the course of many years visiting LV for business and fun, one thing that struck me (positively) was the vast quantity and high quality (usually) of free live music. There are lounges scattered throughout the big resorts where you can pause to enjoy a cool drink and cool tunes. Be sure to bring a little folding money for tips. I've also seen a lot of comedy headliners at the big resorts as well as lesser-known stand-ups at the smaller venues around town. You don't have to burn through stacks of cash to have fun in Vegas.
