  2. That stock footage of Baltimore's Inner Harbor is SERIOUSLY dated. The retail at the Light Street and Pratt Street pavilions (and the nearby downtown mall) has been utterly decimated due to the ineffective and corrupt local government allowing crime and "homelessness" (panhandling bums and junkies) to spiral completely out of control. What was once a tourist Mecca has largely become a ghost town. Congratulations, citizens of Baltimore. Your votes have, in less than 20 years, turned what was once one of America's greatest revitalization success stories into one of its worst abject failures. I, as well as many others, used to go there all the time to enjoy the atmosphere and spend some hard-earned money. I, as well as many others, am unlikely to ever do so again. By all means, keep voting for those despicable con artists and don't even THINK about trying something different!
