@annahayden You made it your job when you asserted that citizens were being deprived of their voting rights. It's funny how "y'all" make absurd, unsupported claims and then resort to name-calling when asked to support your fictitious assertions. But sure, I'm the "looney guy" ranting on the internet. I'd ask you to support your psychoanalysis with any quotation of mine that counts as "looney" but we both know that you have no actual evidence for that, either. Good luck in life.

@mr1001nights The Constitution leaves election law up to the individual states. Federal interference would be unconstitutional.

@annahayden Prove that anything in the bill violates any citizen's voting rights, bud. So far, nobody's done that. It's just hysterics for the big show.

@mr1001nights What, specifically, makes it harder for them to vote? Texas has a 13-day early voting period in addition to Election Day. That's TWO WHOLE WEEKS in which every citizen can cast their vote. According to the Texas State Comptroller, 83% of Texans already possess state-issued photo ID. The fee for one is $6 to $16, or less than the cost of a pizza once every 6 years. If "it's clear what's happening" then please clearly explain exactly what parts of the bill make it harder for anyone to vote and how they accomplish that.

@annahayden All of your churlish name-calling has won me to your side. I am now convinced. You are the greatest debater since Frederick Douglass. You won. Congratulations.
