  2.  @medexamtoolscom  One of the guide rails is needed as ground because that's how electricity works. If the other guide rail is hot, then you have basically run lethal current through the axles, into the body of the train, and potentially executed all of your passengers. That MIGHT have a negative impact on your ridership stats.
