  1. It's very strange that Boring Co. couldn't automate a simple vehicle lift, considering that fully automated multi-level parking systems have existed for DECADES. There's one in Kuwait that can manage over 2,000 cars. There's one in Germany that can retrieve a car from its space in less than 2 minutes. There's one in DC that will have your car on the exit pad before you get downstairs from your condo. They're everywhere. They work. What's YOUR problem, Boring Co.?

  2.  Krystal  I assume you're being sarcastic. If you haven't actually REALIZED a capital gain, what would you use to pay the tax? What you've described is a formula for a tax revolt and a solid plan for rendering as many as 65% of our citizens homeless.
