@wolverine423 I couldn't be sure if he was brake checking or just slowing for traffic. Regardless, the car following is responsible for maintaining a safe distance. Maybe EVERYONE is the a-hole!

@RussOlson-pl3kf Okay, I rewatched it in full screen mode on my largest desktop monitor. The Lexus/minivan/whatever is DEFINITELY the a-hole. He not only brake-checked like a spazz and intentionally encroached on someone else's turn lane, but he threw garbage at the cammer's car TWICE, which wasn't at all obvious on my magical pocket rectangle. The cammer was justified in filing a police report (although nothing will probably happen). I recant my OP.

@RussOlson-pl3kf Thank you. I try to keep my mind open, but I DO have my moments. I'm 62, so I've been wrong (and right) about a LOT of things. Sometimes one just needs to consider another's perspective (and use a bigger screen).
