  1. Dems lost seats in the House and failed to attain a decisive majority in the Senate. The Supremes lean right. There were major dem losses in most state legislatures and they lost ground gubernatorially as well. The Executive branch is the least important (though most visible) of the three. Are you sure you're using the word "tsunami" correctly? I don't think that word means what you think it means. Has ANYONE in this comment section passed a high school civics course?
