I ordered one from The Capitol Collection but the photos were black & white. I ordered a different one from Amazon but it had no photos. I wish I'd known these souvenir books existed last summer when I photographed 5 state capitols in just a few days!

  17. That engine is NOT "running on water" -- it is running on the recombination of hydrogen and oxygen. It will NEVER, EVER, EVER produce even as much power as the electrolysis requires to break the water into hydrogen and oxygen and will, in fact, LOSE energy due to various inefficiencies. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "FREE" ENERGY! This is basic high school chemistry stuff.
