Well only the incorrigible football fans who like to provoke. Problem is that countries with longstanding racism against Serbs, such as the UK, will take any incident and run headlines about, of and on, for years.

@Witnessmoo The censuses show it was the Serbs who were genocided, while the media-hyped "victims" actually gained percentage of population during the wars. And most of the dead turn out to be combatants. The media was counting soldiers/combatants killed in the fighting and from mines as "civilians". Further there were several sides in the Bosnian war: the Muslims and Croats turned against each other in the middle of the war - the Croat-Muslim war - which had some of the most intense fighting and there were different factions of Bosnian Muslims fighting each other. Some of the Bosnian Muslims were allied with Serbs, such as those under leader Fikret Abdic, who had actually won Bosnia's presidential election before the war, but was pushed aside by Islamist Alija Izetbegovic who led BiH to war, with the advice of U.S. diplomats.

@osmankalif3500 Was he looking for drugs? There was an incident where an American guy asked to buy drugs and when Serbs said they weren't interested, he stabbed them.

@Searover749 "Kosovar" are ethnic Albanians. And it is the Serbs who were ethnically purged by the Albanians. The census proves this. The Albanians long wanted it to themselves and key NATO countries help them against Serbs.
