"the student swung because she was in her face and pressing(?) her"
38
He liked the white women. Photos show him with his arm draped around a pretty white woman. He was trying to do this to a waitress who was the girlfriend of a patron there and she tried to push him away. He grabbed at her and cut her hand with his ring and started insulting her. Her boyfriend came to her defense but Henderson broke a bottle on his head. The bouncer, who is a Brit of Bosnian (not Serbian) origin yelled at Henderson and his friends to leave but Henderson punched him in the face. They started fighting and the Greek bartender joined in as they all went outside. While outside he was hit by the bouncer and then fell and hit his head on a curb and died. Don't think they intended to kill him - just give him a heavy beating.

I don't understand why they built a house in the middle of a cul-de-sac area. They should have left it to nature. Think of the carbon footprint that ugly creature is generating just to make all his neighbors miserable.

@sara31773 The guy is horrible. He even insults the CHILDREN of the neighbors. But those who liked his Christmas display should buy the neighbors' homes and then they maybe he will restart it as he had it and they can enjoy seeing it from their windows/yards for several weeks each year. Problem would be solved for all if that happens: neighbors get fair prices for homes and move away, Bill Ansell supporters can be his new neighbors.
7
@martuuk8964 Yet he calls her and the others ugly when he is the ugliest of all. How about people who liked his display buy out the homes of those neighbors and they can live next to Bill. Win-win.
6
People who loved it so much should have bought out the neighbors' homes so you could live right next to it and not have to drive to it.

@lightingthedarkremoteviewi8086 They asked him to tone it down about. His lights were extreme and his house is in an area which they shouldn't have put a home. It is like in the middle of a cul-de-sac. All those people were living peacefully for years, then he moves in a house in the center there and uses it to offend all of them and has signs calling them fat, pigs, and ugly. Yet he is so extremely ugly himself. He should go move next to you so you can enjoy his "looks" and display.

@sara31773 Maybe one day this will end up as an episode of "Fear thy Neighbor".

@suhaasadulla4902 He was an athlete and a big guy. I have read summary of the testimony and it was him smashing the bottle which caused an injury to the waitress. And a Greek owner of another store witnessed him threatening the staff as he was thrown out of the bar. He was very drunk and insulting and racist towards Serbs. The Americans shouldn't have gone to a bar which catered to Serbs and was actually having a "Serb night" - it was advertised on the signs. They could have chosen 100s of other establishments to visit.

@jessykab9881 He is the one harassing them terribly. Their yards and homes aren't eyesores. He is the one with signs calling them names, including ugly. Yet he is extremely ugly and evil looking. All they asked him to do is tone it down a little - and he was way overdoing the lights.

Another student says: "the student swung because she was in her face and pressing(?) her" Note that the student is sitting at her desk but the teacher is practically right on top of her. So it was the teacher that moved upon the student. The student didn't get up and go after the sub. I think the teacher was wanting to take the student's phone away and the student was trying to keep it.
2
"the student swung because she was in her face and pressing(?) her" The student was seated at her desk, while the teacher had approached her and was practically on top of her. The student could have been putting up her arm to defend against the teacher grabbing or hitting her. The teacher was coming at her very aggressively. I heard it was over a phone - that the substitute teacher was demanding the student's phone but the student was trying to prevent her from grabbing it.

@sara31773 There are some episodes on youtube, so you can search and find some to watch.

@mikayoi5138 Can you give the names and exact quotes of the people in the class? Other reports say the teacher admonished the whole class for being loud, but they didn't quiet down soon enough so she cussed them. That's when the one girl said something like "You can't talk to us like that" which made the teacher mad. This teacher was also involved in a bullying incident with a 12-year-old a couple months before. She threw away his snack & called him a crybaby when he started crying. She further has a report for domestic violence on a child from back in 2014 when she lived in Baltimore, Maryland. She seems unable to handle children without getting abusive, angry and violent.

A student is quoted as saying: "the student swung because she was in her face and pressing(?) her"

Maybe if you were a better student, you would have learned to write coherently.
2
But this student here was seated at her desk - it was the sub that had come to her and was practically on top of her.
2
She is using other peoples' stories scripts/books. There are also other directors helping but they don't get credit.

Substitute teachers should not qualify - only full-time teachers with a few years of consistent and competent work under their belts.

Veinzilla makes a strong appearance at 2:14

Yes and the student was sitting at her desk. It wasn't she who moved toward the teacher, it was the teacher who approached her in an aggressive manner.

He way overdid his house and funny how the liberal supporting him make no mention of his carbon footprint on all that electricity, nor all the plastic junk he keeps in his yard. And frankly they shouldn't have built a house in what looks like a cul-de-sac area.

Bill wouldn't even talk to the reporter, so he was given a chance but instead acted hostile. & he has signs calling the others ugly but he is the ugliest of all. The other people are fine for their ages, but he looks almost as ugly as he acts.
1
@g4teen I don't think the black teen should have gone to jail: he should be given good counseling and workshops on maintaining self-control and avoidance of hitting females. Then he should get help with job placement and training. People like him deserve a second chance due to age and the fact that some extra tools to control behavior could make a big difference for him in his life. Why don't you write the correction institute and the teen himself and propose counseling and workshops instead of jail.

Many are arrogant and narcissistic. They think they are above other people. And this guy wears a smug smile on his face 6:13.
1
She's much more attractive than her parents, even taking into account their younger photos. But I say if a doctor does this then the children should have legal access to child support and inheritance. I bet that would stop most of these sly unethical doctors from sneaking their sperm in.
1
Well substitute teachers should be excluded as they usually are not as qualified and self-disciplined as regular teachers.

Woodrow Pride You're right - they prefer to fire guns on the streets of Chicago every day.

Deport her.

"the student swung because she was in her face and pressing(?) her" That's the quote of another student in the video. The student is seated at her desk - she didn't approach the teacher. The teacher moved on her and was practically on top of her. And if "pressing" was the right word her used then it sounds like the sub had been putting her hands or body parts against the student already. I think the student could have also swung defensively by judging the sub's stance and thinking the sub was already poised to hit her or grab at her. I've read that it was over the student's phone - that the sub was trying to take it away from her.
