@NWisdom These EU investments go to foreign consultants and foreign companies, local companies are mostly shut out. And insider in the program detailed that that is what goes on. And there's strings attached in these investments - Serbia has to do something for the EU which often harms Serbia. Investments also include EU tampering with Serbia's institutions and judicial systems and brainwashing the people to be pro-EU.
