This reaction is exactly what you'd expect people to think if they saw a real alien, and came from such a culture. Also the big head, big eyes, skinny body, short stature is very similar to the greys. But the brown oily skin, red eyes, and head ridges means the "grey" phenotype has a lot of variation.
