It's not a buzzkill to talk about your issues, physically or emotionally, it makes a person more relatable. ftr I have had autoimmune issues too (since I was a kid), it doesn't really get resolved it can just be managed, if you're lucky you can go into remission, but yeah there''s a lot of us out there and we know the struggle stay strong

  26. hmm I did carnivores for 3 months and it helped give me some energy but did not resolve my autoimmune issues and it caused a lot f disgestive issues. I know for some ppl it puts them into remission but everyone is different. For me, gluten free diet works best
