@jimmyrecard5056 if youre requesting a pardon that necessarily means that you were found guilty in a court of law 🤦🏼 probabilistically somebody could still be innocent, but legally they are denoted as guilty.

Stop speaking in absolutes like Trump it's pathetic to defend the Constitution and then have you say the using your 5th just implies that you're guilty- That's the whole point of it: It doesn't. Only in Civil court does that work E: People here are literally telling me to ignore the fact the Constitution tells you that you can't use pleading the fifth as contextual evidence of guilt in criminal cases. What the heck is going on here?! You guys realize that using pleading the fifth as evidence is only admissible in civil court? @APissedOffVeteran The Fifth Amendment isn't he right for the jury to go looking for context clues 🤦🏼 take that to civil court, that's where pleading the fifth is admissible and formation.
