@Upper-cr1kh Obama instituted rail regulations that would have prevented this... Donald Trump removed those regulations in 2018 and Pete Buttigiege failed to implement regulations again. You obviously seem like the type of NPC that buys into the red verse blue divide and conquer propaganda.
