Smdh... As a Progressive, it's sad to see so many people suck up to the mouthpiece of the establishment. E: corporations lobby your government and you guys think the WH spokesperson isn't going to push their agenda? CNN is mainly funded by pharmaceutical companies that price gouge and get you needlessly addicted.

@h.e.pennypacker5228 She was the White House Press Secretary now she works for CNN. My question for you is, how is she not a part of the establishment? She helps put on the corporate funded dog and pony show.

@ontheruntonowhere How often does the Biden administration go after corporate lobbying? Haven't they approved more drilling sites than the Trump administration? Didn't Biden turn his back on the rail unions and then 2 months later there was a train derailment because he wouldn't hold corporations accountable, despite the fact he calls himself "the most pro-union president"?? Corporations can legally just rig politics and the economy in their favor. I want some real Leftism, not the hollow corporate liberalism that talks about corporate diversity for LGBT and black people then creates a corporate economy that enriches shareholders at the expense of working LGBT and black people, along with the rest of the working class. Don't get me wrong student debt relief is a great push and you know what, I voted for Biden and he's doing a better job than I thought he would do. BUT he's certainly not the most progressive president (FDR probably still holds that title) and he's definitely not the type of "progressive" that we should settle for.

@magusmelanie828 She's literally a spokesperson for corporations that buy out your government (as both a White House press Secretary and CNN host), but maybe you do trust corporations that lobby your government in order to enrich their shareholders and at your expense. Sounds super progressive and honest. /S

@h.e.pennypacker5228 Being a spokesperson for a presidential administration that has accepted hundreds of millions of dollars in lobbying IS a critique against her ACTIONS and WORDS. I never said it was a critique against every word she's ever said, but she does work for corporations that alienate you from democracy more successfully than fascist Trump ever did. Trump more successfully influenced elections by donating to Democrats and Republicans pre-2016. You guys will rag on anything Trump related but when it comes to talking about the people who work for the corporations that literally buy out your government you have nothing bad to say?? Liberals like you aren't progressives.

@jenniferb.9404 ??? 🤦🏼🤦🏼 Lmao, I'm literally a democratic socialist, Jennifer. Take your wacky groupthink somewhere else; you're not a progressive. "Every line of serious work that I have written since 1936 has been written, directly or indirectly, against totalitarianism and for democratic socialism" - George Orwell “Call it democracy, or call it democratic socialism, but there must be a better distribution of wealth within this country for all God’s children.” – MLK, Speech to the Negro American Labor Council, 1961.

@JustForFun-mt9og You correct me as if there's much of a difference in terms of MSNBC's participation in manufacturing consent. Thank you for providing me the correct information but it certainly does not change the argument that she works as a corporate mouthpiece that corrupts your democracy worse than even Trump did. But apparently you guys are corporate sycophants who literally don't care if these corporations corrupt your democracy.... But then you clutch your pearls about Trump? Why not be consistent and shun both of them? You're the type of person that brags that Biden has 60% of Americans living paycheck to paycheck compared to Trump 70% 🤦🏼... Like why tf It's more than half the country living paycheck to paycheck?? But you'll just take the side of corporations.

@6789uiop most of you are happy with corporations controlling the law... You see nothing wrong with plutocracy.
1
@6789uiop Nope. It was @ you, you support the rule of law controlled by corporate lobbyists. Trump is a fascist, yes, but look how you don't criticize the corporate plutocratic status quo.

@magusmelanie828 Yes, let's just ignore her years of experience at being a spokesperson for the corporate establishment that literally buys out your democracy.... you guys are nuts. This interview is about Republicans... But you're somebody who loves to ignore the corporate oligarchy that has bought out the Democratic Party. You love plutocracy.
