  3. While I largely agree, I immediately want to play devil's advocate; what about corruption of a bad government to facilitate humanitarian efforts? Is paying off an SS guard not to out the family living in the attic wrong because it corrupts military order??

  4.  @Homer-OJ-Simpson  If that's your interpretation of my words, your username isn't too far off. Of course corruption happens all over the fking globe, I said neoliberalism seeks to justify a culture of maximizing profit without considering social costs. We have legalized bribery as lobbying and so it wont appear on corruption indexes as prominently as it should.
