  3. The tax burden of property tax still gets passed onto renters. Only a land value tax will not shift the burden off of land owners, it also disincentivizes speculation and urban sprawl.

  9. They probably would be in affordable electric cars, if GM hadn't canned the concept in the early 2000s. The people GM took them from were really happy with the cars but GM didn't want them around. Now GM wants to be the face of EV.... Corporations have more power than individuals; Why are you, not looking at corporate hypocrisy?

  12.  @tmrossi2899  Yea, death is certain.... But it also sucks to live with cancer or COPD for the last decade of your life. I saw my Grandma live with COPD, it's pretty terrible literally not being able to breathe. I don't "live in fear" is called being rational 🤦🏼 But as they say, common sense ain't too common.
