Some people like BTC because it's a faster transfer than money order and depending on the amount cheaper too. Ethereum is a protocol that has more ability to have different apps and that adds value to its users.

  7.  @raw-bot9251  I believe there's 180 billion dollars of Ethereum locked up in DeFi smart contracts (so not Wall St.) and there are many layer 2 block chains that still need Ether if they're built on the Ethereum network.
