"If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?” -- pres. Donald j Trump, just 4yrs before pleading the 5th 440 times in one deposition

@Wired4Life2 That's not what Donald said 4 years ago.... Donald Trump clearly stated there is only one reason why you would take the 5th; to hide guilt. And guess what Donald Trump did, he pled the fifth to hide his guilt.

@Wired4Life2 Lol, dude, I agree, not testifying against yourself is smart... It just means Trump is a hypocrite and you like lying hypocrites. Sorry you listen to lairs then defend them when they don't walk their talk 🤡

@Wired4Life2 So you're okay with believing a hypocrite when theyre trolling? So you're happy with fake news as long as it supports your side. Where'd you get your education from, Trump University?? lol 😂 Dude, you're a sheep that worships a grifter. You probably think Michael Cohen was innocent and not just a legal body shield for Trump's dirty work 😆🤣😂 Your cognitive dissonance is such a joke.

@charleschristianson2730 Lol, but marriage has property implications and the the most basic understanding of libertarian government is to protect property rights...

@kapytanhook So how do you adjudicate property disputes during a divorce? How do you enforce those claims without the state? Are we just forgetting that the state enforces contract law??? The idea that government should just get out of marriage is overly simplistic.

@kanucks9 🤦 You do realize that in most jurisdictions marriage equates to common property between both individuals, whether you actually pool paychecks and bills between each other or not. Without a specific prenuptial agreement assets as well as debts become shared, not to mention things purchased together during their marriage. Which all begs the question is how you adjudicate and enforce the different designations/ bundles of property rights when starting and ending a marriage (prenuptial agreements are also enforced legal contracts and thus the jurisdiction of the government, in case you thought that was a win for you, lol). And we haven't even gotten into custody over kids and legally enforced child support yet... Like I keep saying you're making this out to be more simplistic than it is. But in a way it is fairly simple, if it deals with property the state is going to have some sort of place in the matter, because the state enforces property rights. Your perspective is actually the most libertarian one here; a complete lack of understanding of political-economics 👍

@kapytanhook 🤦 child custody and child support are legally enforced and therefore need to be adjudicated by the state. Just because each side should contribute 50% doesn't mean that one side is legally entitled to visitation rights. My meth addicted cousin had a kid, her and her trash boyfriend fought for custody, but they lost them and her sister became the child's LEGAL guardian. Now the child has a much better home. Notice how I said "legal" .... Almost like child custody is a part of a legally defined system. How dense do you want to be? Because this is starting to get insufferable.
