Toyota insisted not to use Turbo for this regular commuter car. Just adding dual injections in 2.0L is more than enough, 180HP and better fuel economy than the 1.8L. Most turbo engines with 1.0-1.5L does not even get that much horse power but they indeed get really good torque right at 2000 rpm instead of 3000 rpm in naturally aspirated engines

Thanks Speedkar99, this is what we need to know, not just driving and talking BS about interior and exterior.

Thank you Man, you convince me that This Toyota is the same old Toyota with easy maintenance, proven reliable, and better handling and engine.

It is really good, more details than Savageese channel, It is better than Scotty Kilmer but you still agree Toyota makes the best cars for the price. I wished you get enough subscriber and becomes miliuner like Scotty. This kinds of review and show how bad and good any cars really help the society . I wished a TV channel can promote you. I am surprised how good New Corolla and Civic are, they are the only compact car with full independence rear suspension in all trims, not like Golf, KIA/Hyundai, or Mazda3 using primitive torsion beam in lower trim.

It's interesting how the EGR is after the catalytic converter, not before. Ight reduce the carbon build up like in many Prius 3rd gen.

Man this is the channel I missed in youtube, subscribed right away. Will you upload some stuff how you keep 10+ years durable cars reasonable repair? It's something that not many do. How cars hold their condition in long terms, 100-200 k miles in salty cold area. I doubt not many survive

@speedkar99 Do you notice that New Corolla has 3 solid Aluminum BRACES under the belly, right after the exhaust catalytic converter? It increases the rigidity of the body structures besides better reinforce steel that makes up to 30% more rigid than prev. generation Corolla. The rear independence suspension is an improvement from CT200h design that only has 1 bottom Brace.

@speedkar99 yes, Toyota play safe and smart. In the past 20 years, Hybrid has less problems than most diesels. D4s dual injections has 0 problems compared to small Turbo engines with carbon built up, turbo leaks, bearings etc. I also think non hybrid CVT from Aisin/toyota are more reliable than DSG or Automated manual from Ford, VW, Hyundai.
