  1. How is it now? Does it fall apart yet? Rubber is the best materials for engine mount for low vibration. Sometimed are even with liquid in it instead of stupid hard materials. Polyurethane makes sense for suspension parts or bushing for more durable and handling

  2. if the rear grip better it is actually safer in car because there is no way to be spinned. That's why we are not supposed to have better front tires grip than the rear tires. New tires are always placed on the back. The front brake is bigger just because it works harder and more effective if the front grip better with larger braking force.
