  1. His heart stopped, he felt unconfortable and turned to walk a few steps and 5 seconds later he fell to the ground and his body spasmed. How fast it can go! Great that people were there who knew what to do. Also it often seems as if the person is still conscious or alive because of the movemnts the body does. That's not true, one needs to check for a pulse always.

  2.  @rottenapple_  The body does need sugar to survive. But you don't need to eat it. The body creates the needed sugar by itself.
