  1. Fully agree with everything you say. We have 120km/h limits on our motorways. Smart limits would definitely be a great step, as you say the roads are a totally different place depending on traffic and weather conditions. I think speeding is an easy way out for police, getting a number on a radar gun is impossible to fight but I would much rather them be policing poor driving at lower speeds. Doing 100mph or more on a good road (for smart drivers) is probably one of the safest places you can be because you are in the zone and fully concentrating. In my view being on your phone through town at 30mph is more dangerous.
