  1. I've always had a hunch for the info in this video, but it's great to know it's backed up by science. Everyone always warned me that I use too much olive oil when cooking in high heat and that totally goes against my healthy lifestyle choices. They usually do that to call out my hypocrisy, but I just ignore them. I might still be using a bit too much of it, though. Is 500ml every 2 weeks too much?
