In the dream, he was too afraid to climb the stairs anymore and didn't enter the room with me, but I convinced him to climb again and he saw the door leading to it, but the dead snakes had already filled the room and they were falling out of the last step, inanimate, like a flood.

The design of these videos are such that it intends to alienate the viewers from themselves and the creator (there is no Discord channel, or any other place where AoI viewers could join forces, and the creators NEVER answers comments. I don't even know their name or their credentials.)

  16. I have a few friends who create awesome electronic music on synthesizers, and they are really fun. They just look waaay more complicated than my uniformely distributed piano keybord that I love so much. Any instrument or genre requires years, even decades of practice to become a master, even the dismal corporate music or the C rap you refer to.

  20. Every artwork was created by emulating some other artwork. The first artwork that was emulated was Nature herself. This is particularly true in music. While it is unethical to steal entire lyrics or melodies, it is considered an honor to make callbacks to great works of art of the past. The book "The Sorrows of Young Werter" By Goethe has an entire section where the protagonis reads a classic book and it ammounts to many pages.

  31. @Hab027 That is a general rule of humans, as ignorence is exponentially more prevalent than malevolence, but how have they kept peace for so long? (As in not blow up the planet with nukes) We all learn about the cold war in school and how the shared fear of nuclear liquidation kept countries from blowing each other up, but how has it been kept at bay ever since? BTW, I'm no geopolitical expert. We also see the spontaneous emergence of trends, but that will occur naturally everywhere.

Everyone is terrified of nuclear winter because Carl Sagan made a pretty big deal out of it in the past, but further research showed that it would not be as bad as we thought. When Krakatoa blew up in 1883, it was colder for a year, but not much more than that.

  37. I had this dream where it came out in the news that a hammer had fallen from the sky in the head of some important political figure, but the authorities were denying that it had happened. Then, when I was taking a walk in the city's streets, I looked up to the sky and saw Jupiter, as huge as the moon, with a ring floating around it. The moon passed in front of it, creating a partial eclipse, and the clouds around flashed with a dark blue aura. It was a very similar image as that of the painting in 9:22. Does anyone have something to contribute to the interpretation of this image?

To everybody who replied to my comment about the people who want to be ruled over and the ones driven by their hate of them: Perhaps I have misused the word hate and frustration would be a better word, but love certainly wouldn't be an accurate substitution. In my country, we are being governed by a dictator wanna be (Bolsonaro) and lots of people support and applaud him. In social media, most of what you see is a false dichotomy playing out with his supporters swallowing and spreading fake news, and in the comments, people offending one another, to no constructive avail. It is true that a reasonable debate is not possible with almost all of Bolsonaro's supporters, and that is extremely frustating, but the ensuing hate words thrown at them from "the other side" don't help either. In fact, this civil war of ideas, if you may call it that, plays in favor of the dictator, and is even orchestrated by him. In any case, love isn't what is in the air in Brasil.
