  2. Unfortunately, many old men do get "handsy" they use age as an excuse - blame it on dementia. HW had mistresses during his marriage & Barbara knew this. FDR, Ike, Reagan, Clinton, Kennedy all had affairs while president so yes "power drunk" is appropriate term. However, consensual extra marital relationships are one thing, using power to sexually harass is different.
