  4. This is why paper ballots alone will not fix election fraud. First, fix the voting machines, turn on the receipt function. A social security card with a piece of mail should be enough ID to vote. Rank choice voting. more available voting ceners plus 2 day weekend voting would help curtail some of the fraud.
