  3. I do not think the ACLU was responsible but the judge should have ordered that no weapons of any kind to do harm or to incite violence could be brought & those that did would be arrested. In fact the ones who funded these paid protestors & encouraged weapons should have been fined heavily & put in jail. I grew up in suburban Philly & witnessed KKK marches but they did not carry guns or clubs as they did in VA which to me should have been grounds to revoke permit because nobody brings weapons to a peaceful march. On the other hand, paid counter protestors in Antifa brought harmless but incendiary balloons filled wi piss & shit & pepper spray so they didn't come in peace either, they def intended to agitate so they should have been warned by judge, too. No comparison between this violent event & Occupy Wall & the peaceful Natives in DAPL who were harmed for no reason by the police who broke the law.
