Warren Buffet's house is big & beautiful, certainly not modest but it's not an estate like the ones in Long Island or Philly Main Line or not like Bill Gate's mansion. If this house was in Rehoboth Beach, DE where Joe Biden lives it would cost $5mm on a 1/3 acre lot because that's what Joe paid. Warren Buffet is not a great man, he is rich period.
