  2. xmission, clearly not all but I"m 72 & many early boomers are a well educated & informed progressives like Bernie who went into teaching, social work, politics. We changed the country significantly esp civil rights. Lower middle class girls like me got a degree from affordable state colleges - we protested viet nam & renovated city houses, grew community gardens... listen to Bob Dylan. NOw it is your turn to get involved in making changes - finish what we started, there is more work to be done. esp educating kids re government.
